Description
[This course will take approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete.]

By the end of this course, participants will:
- Have a clear understanding of the importance of safeguarding in recruitment.
- Be aware of legislation.
- Understand issues relating to diversity, inclusion and protected characteristics, and how diversity can aid safeguarding.
- Understand how to build recruitment practices with a critical eye for safeguarding and inclusion.
- Be able to implement a clear safe recruitment process, including induction, training and supervision for successful candidates.
